Branch leader responsible for overseeing day to day operations of a residential and commercial real estate company. Provide supervision and give direction to enable associates to efficiently execute daily tasks. Sales ability to acquire new and maintain key industry relationships. Responsible for maintaining an innovative up-beat office environment and optimizing growth by hiring and developing associates assigned to the Austin office.

Responsibilities:

As a designated managing broker, she/he ensures that T | Associates delivers exceptional brokerage support to agents in their representation of clients and customers

Conducts training to enhance associates' knowledge and understanding of contract, risk management, licensing and TX real estate law

Promptly responds to associates request for assistance

Recruiting activities, such as; speaking at trade schools, efficient/effective follow up routine, conducting interviews, etc.

Effectively consults and engages with associates and others in problem solving of matters associated with difficult or complex transaction issues

Performs contract review to ensure legal and contractual compliance of transaction

Assist the ongoing enhancement of and compliance with company-wide and individual state brokerage operations manuals

Supports innovation in how the company can efficiently support its growing state associate base in terms of brokerage operations

Coordinates distribution of inbound mail
